First off, you’ll need to submit some documents to prove you are who you say you are and that you’re old enough to be here. Just log in to your account, go to the ‘Documents’ section and upload the following:

  • Proof of Identity: A photo ID like a national ID card, driving licence or passport
  • Proof of Address: An utility bill, bank statement or official letter (This must be dated no older than 3 months!)
  • Deposit Method: A picture of the front of your credit card (the first 6 and last 4 digits, your full name and the expiration/valid thru date must be visible) or a screenshot of your eWallet account

To smoothen this process, please make sure the images are clear, easy to read, no more than 2MB in size and in either JPG, PDF or PNG format.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once you’ve uploaded these documents and you can check on the status of their verification in the ‘Documents’ section. Orange means they’re still under review while green indicates they’ve been approved. Once you get that green light, you’re ready to roll!

No worries; we can help you retrieve those in no time.

Whatever it is that you’ve forgotten, you have nothing to worry about because we can help you get back into your account without breaking into a sweat. If it’s just a forgotten password, you can easily have it replaced with us.

If it’s your username you’ve forgotten, however, you’ll have to speak to our Customer Support personnel.
